Welcome to KörkortPro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the KörkortPro mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Koluman Tech ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Scope of Service
KörkortPro provides comprehensive driver's license theory training and exam preparation materials.
Multi-Language Support: We proudly offer educational content in five languages to assist diverse communities: Swedish, English, Turkish, Arabic, and Persian.
Content Nature: The Service includes practice questions, simulations, and study materials designed to prepare users for the official driving theory exam in Sweden.
3. Language Disclaimer
Important: While KörkortPro provides translations in multiple languages (English, Turkish, Arabic, Persian) for educational convenience, please be aware that:
Official Exams are in Swedish: The official driving theory exam conducted by the Swedish Transport Administration (Trafikverket) is primarily in Swedish (though they may offer specific language options depending on current regulations).
Translation Accuracy: Our translations are provided for educational purposes to aid understanding. In any case of discrepancy or confusion, the official Swedish terminology and traffic laws prevail. These translations do not replace official legal texts.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Premium Access: Some features of the Service are available only with a paid subscription ("Premium").
Billing: Payments are processed directly through the respective app store platforms (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We do not store your credit card information.
Cancellations: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google, as we do not have the authority to process refunds directly.
Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Renewal Charges: Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
Management: Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Koluman Tech shall not be liable for:
Exam Results: We do not guarantee that you will pass the official theory exam. Your success depends on your own study habits and understanding.
Traffic Incidents: We are not responsible for any traffic fines, penalties, accidents, or damages resulting from your driving activities. Our app is a theoretical study aid, not a substitute for practical driving training or safe driving judgment.
Service Availability: We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
